We can also use the site to host poste event downloads or video streaming.

In today's world events can be face to face or virtual or even a mix of both. The automatic post registration email can include a physical address or the URL of a virtual event.

Create an email invitation

Our system allows you to create a custom invitation from the website content and export the email html to Campaign Monitor.

Direct import to Campaign Monitor simplifies the invitation process.

The email can have links to the event website and direct to the registration page.

A combination of email system metrics and registrations gives you a clear picture of how your campaign is progressing and directs follow up contacts by email or phone.

Manage the Registration in Real Time

Once the email invitation is sent you can monitor and manage the response in real time.

Users are directed to unique thankyou page that deletes the form content which stops "Back Button duplication" and prompts users to register another person.

You can have multiple Admins who can see the registration data and edit or delete any record. This allows event support staff to assist registrants with any customer support required including full registration on behalf of customers.
